DISABILITY SUPPORT SERVICES
We are committed to providing academic accommodations and support in order to create equal opportunities to participate in our programs. If you have a documented disability, you may request accommodations using the form linked below. You are responsible for self-identifying, requesting assistance and providing documentation of your disability.Â
Please fill out the form to request accommodations. All requests for accommodations must be made through Disability Support Services. Please note the accommodations process takes an average of 3 weeks from the date all requested documentation is received. Submitting an Accommodations Request and providing documentation as soon as possible after the student is admitted (or 4-6 weeks before the program start date) is recommended.
If you are unable to email your documentation, you may drop off in person to 1860 Lincoln Street, 6th Floor. After submitting the completed form, a DSS adviser will reach out to you with next steps.
