Vocational Certificates and Transcripts

 

Please note that HSE/GED transcripts and diplomas must be ordered through MyGED. Go to GED.com and open the Request Transcript menu.

Certificate and transcripts are confidential documents and can only be released upon receipt of a request form signed by the student. Official transcripts are $5 if paid for by cash, check or money order; $7 if paid for by credit card. Please allow 10 business days to process the request. Transcripts will not be released to students with unmet financial obligations. For additional information and office hours, call 720-423-4845.

Certificates are awarded after completion of the program. Duplicate program certificates are $18 and course certificates are $3 if paid by cash, check or money order; $20 and $5 paid by credit card.

Please note that this process is only for Emily Griffith Technical College requests. For Emily Griffith High School transcripts, please contact Mercedes Amador-Montoya at (720) 423-4904 or Yasmine Hill at (720) 423-4903. They are located in Ste. 327 at 1860 Lincoln Street.

Requesting a Certificate or Transcript

Download and complete the form, then return it to Emily Griffith Technical College in one of the following ways:

  • Deliver it in person at the Treasury Office, located on the 6th floor at 1860 Lincoln Street.
  • Scan the completed form and e-mail it to thuy.mendelson@emilygriffith.edu
  • Send the completed form via U.S. Mail to:

Fees

  • Transcripts: $5 each, $7 if paid by credit card
  • Duplicate program certificates: $18 each, $20 if paid by credit card
  • Duplicate course certificates: $3 each, $5 if paid by credit
  • Payments can be made in person at the Treasury Office or by calling (720) 423-4786.

 

Request a GED Transcript

GED records are housed by the Colorado Dept. of Education. Two kinds of official records are available to persons who have tested and/or received a GED high school equivalency diploma in Colorado: transcripts and duplicate diplomas. Both are official State of Colorado documents and bear the State Seal.

Emily Griffith High School Transcripts are available by calling Mercedes Amador-Montoya at (720) 423-4904 or Yasmine Hill at (720) 423-4903. They are located in Ste. 327 at 1860 Lincoln Street.
