English Classes Start

Emily Griffith Technical College offers intensive English classes mornings, afternoons, and evenings in many levels, from beginning to advanced. Our day classes are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Evening classes are from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and classes are offered on Saturday mornings from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. 

One 8 week Pre-Academic and Community English course costs $120-$200 plus $28-$43 for a book, depending on the class. Our English for Work classes are tuition free! Take a look at our current schedule for more information. 

If you are interested in enrolling in our English classes, come to Emily Griffith Technical College–located at 1860 Lincoln Street, Denver, CO 80203, Room 426–to take a free assessment test and register for class. 

Testing hours are: 
  • Monday through Wednesday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Thursday and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
