Program Overview: 

  • Free, 4-week fast track training program that prepares you to enter the restaurant industry as an experienced line cook or prep cook
  • Includes a hiring fair where you have the opportunity to get hired by some of the best restaurants in the industry 
  • Earn your ServSafe Certification 
  • Class meets Monday through Friday, 5:30 pm-9:30 pm for a total of 80 hours

Cost: 

  • No cost to participants 

Requirements: 

  • Legally able to work in the U.S.
  • No previous restaurant experience required
