Builds on the skills acquired in refrigeration and air conditioning fundamen- tals. The student will study commercial air conditioning systems to include rooftop units, water chillers, cooling towers, air handlers and facilities equipment. The student will have an opportunity to study and work on commercial reach-in and walk-in coolers, ice machines, and study the workings of commercial supermarket systems. The student will study and demonstrate how to troubleshoot commercial heating, air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
