Supermarket Refrigeration Technician
Students in this program will focus on the refrigeration techniques required by large commercial supermarkets. Food Preservation and cold storage are the focus of this program. Commercial reach-ins, walk-ins, supermarket and specialty units will be covered. Students will learn basic 21st century work readiness skills, safety in the workplace. Students will focus on beginning and advanced refrigeration, electricity for HVAC, low pressure steam heating, and A/C systems and repair.
